- Big Mountain Specialist (Level 4+)
The Big Mountain Specialist Program focuses on advanced all-mountain and big mountain skiing. Athletes develop strong technical skills through SkillsQuest, improve terrain reading and line choice, and build confidence on airs and challenging terrain—all while preparing for IFSA competition.
The Big Mountain Specialist Weekend Team is designed for athletes ages 8+ who are ready to develop strong all-mountain skiing skills and compete in big mountain events. With a focus on technique, confidence, and versatility across varied terrain, athletes build strong fundamentals in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment.
Training emphasizes steeps, variable snow conditions, natural features, and safe progression in challenging terrain. Athletes also learn competition strategy, venue inspection, and judging criteria to help prepare them for success in IFSA competitions.
This is a competition team, and additional fees apply.
An IFSA membership is required.
